When you commission a sales training company to deliver a sales training course to your team, you need to be confident that not only will the training material be credible and of a high standard but also that the trainer can deliver the training from a credible perspective Real Selling prides itself on doing just that,  our founder Paul Routley is himself a highly experienced and hugely successful sales professional and still has a hands on role within the business and to this day he still takes and makes sales calls and delivers many training courses and that hands on credible ethos runs throughout our business, our trainers make up a large proportion of our own sales team and balance selling alongside their training delivery to ensure that they are still at the forefront of modern day selling and understand the challenges and changing trends that todays sales people face.

We teach proven successful sales process, techniques and methodologies which have been developed and used by some of the worlds best sales teams, all of our training is delivered by our own trainers who are themselves highly successful and experienced sales professionals and have achieved great success at the highest level holding senior sales management and sales director positions and in most situations have progressed through the ranks from junior sales positions.

Paul Routley FInstSMM  

Paul is the founding Director of Real Selling Sales Training and the creator of our own dynamic and flexible sales process the Real Selling Sales System ©.

Paul has a tremendously successful track record in sales and sales management in a career spanning over 20 years, starting out in sales at the age of 17 and working his way up from trainee sales person to sales director, working for some of the world’s largest and most well known companies along the way.

Paul secured his first sales management role at the age of 24 and has had highly successful spells in the recruitment sector, the motor industry, office equipment, financial services, publishing and IT.

Paul has a proven track record of creating and developing extremely successful and effective sales teams in every industry he has worked in and has held a number of sales manager and sales director roles throughout his career.

As a trainer he brings a tremendous amount of experience and invaluable knowledge to all aspects of sales and selling within a variety of industries with a particular flair for telephone selling and intelligent cold calling.

 

David Dicara

Described as “one of the most engaging trainers he has had the pleasure of working with” by our founder Paul Routley, David is an extremely accomplished trainer and coaching, he is able to draw on his extensive, 35 years of business experience within a variety of industries including technical sales & marketing and logistics management to business development and international strategy with an international organisation.

David specialises in challenging attitudes and understanding customer focus and how sales people should take a more customer centric approach to selling.

 

John Harrington FInstSMM M.C.I.P.D
 
John has over 17 years sales training and development experience, known as a forward thinking and committed sales and customers service training provider, with a first class track record in delivering exceptional results across a range of industry sectors. Possessing and using the skills, focus and drive to consistently deliver exceptional end results.
 
His training career started at IBM and following this successful spell he also had successful spells within the financial services industry, insurance market and also consumer electronics manufacturing.
 
 
 
Rob Dillingham M.C.I.P.D
 
Rob is a highly skilled management development consultant and facilitator. His background in the pharmaceutical industry gave him the in-depth knowledge of the business world and the need to meet performance targets. He later transferred these skills to the voluntary sector where he worked as UK training manager. Rob set up his own business 16 years ago, delivering tailored development initiatives to variety of organisations. The key focus of all Rob’s training is to improve the performance of the individuals and organisations, for whom he works. His specialism is in management development enabling managers to get the most of the resources and people they have.
Rob is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the British Psychological Society.
 
Rob is an expert in the delivery of training in the following areas Management Development, Leadership, Team building, Motivation & Change management.
