Our Approach to In House Sales Training

For over a decade Real Selling have been creating and delivering a range of practical and easy to apply open and in house sales training courses focused around real sales scenarios and challenges.

Our courses are created with one aim in mind – to train your sales people to:

  • understand that sales success is achieved by deliberate actions
  • demonstrate the importance of understanding your clients and how they buy
  • help your team to accept that the price is not always the most important consideration
  • make sure that your team truly understands the importance of asking intelligent questions
  • demonstrate the importance of understanding why a prospect will buy from you
  • ensure you use every sales meeting to demonstrate real value in the eyes of the prospect
  • ensure our sales training stays with your sales team, through our comprehensive post training support program and direct access to the training team.
  • motivate your sales team to become more proactive when generating sales opportunities and encourage them to pick up the phone to clients rather than relying on email.

The training content is delivered through a combination of training and coaching using a range of interactive group and individual exercises and role plays based upon real life sales scenarios.

Each delegate will leave the course with a comprehensive A4 training manual including extensive course notes and an individual sales strategy and action plan which forms part of their post training support programme.
