To ensure that every delegate takes as much as possible from our courses, we work with delegates prior to attending our courses to understand their individual challenges. We will provide pre training exercises to ensure they are focused and excited about attending the training course.

Our sales training courses are simply the beginning of the process as every delegate will receive an extensive, structured, 10 week post training programme designed to reinforce every aspect of the training.

The post course material includes:


• Additional sales exercises
• Sales articles and sales tips via monthly eshot (email marketing needs opt in)
• 12 months direct access to their course trainer via email or telephone

The course is delivered as an open workshop format to small groups of 7 – 8 delegates. The training content is delivered through a combination of training and coaching using a range of interactive group and individual exercises and role plays based upon real life sales scenarios.

Each delegate will leave the workshop with a comprehensive A4 training manual including extensive course notes and an individual sales strategy and action plan which forms part of their post training support programme.
