Q1. What courses do you offer?

Answer: All our courses are sales and customer service driven, which is our passion! We offer in-company training, open-public courses and one-to-one coaching.

Answer: Simply anyone who needs to sell, across any industry in any type of environment.
We offer a wide range of courses which accommodate everyone from experienced sales professionals to new starters to sales.

Answer: If you are unsure as to which course to choose, our team of experts will be happy to discuss your needs and provide you with free advice and guidance to ensure that you get the most out of the training you choose.

Answer: As our name suggests we offer reality based training designed to work for you and your company. None of our training is provided from theory – just practice and experience.
We offer the training you and your business needs not the training the market believes you need.

Q6. We are a charity/non-profit organisation. Do you have a reduced rate?

Answer: We work with a number of charities and non-profit organisations. We offer substantial concessions on our training as we believe you should benefit from the same training as your commercial counterparts.

Q7. What happens if I have less than the recommended number of people who want to do one of your courses?

Answer: We do offer rates for small businesses (with less than 3 attendees) and run open workshops throughout the year in different locations.

Q8. Where does the training take place?

Answer: Training can either take place at your offices, or we can recommend a suitable external location for the training to take place. There will be additional cost for using an external venue which is typically £25-40 per delegate.

Q10. How do I pay?

Answer: We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer and credit and debit card payments.
